wear cotton in the heat?

running with a sweat-soaked cotton shirt plastered to ya is uncomfortable at best -wet cotton is heavy! worse, it might feel soft but run for very long and you're gonna end up with abrasions wherever the shirt rubs. sure, bloody nipples make for interesting watercooler talk (or maybe not), but geez that smarts!

loose fitting "tech tees" are much lighter, drier and a better choice than cotton any ol time. look around for a race that gives tech shirts as schwag, then give the shirt a try ... niiice!

Thanks for the information on pregnancy. I didn't know that nuts could do that!

We recently wrote an article on eating disorders in pregnancy at Brain Blogger. When someone mentions an eating disorder, a picture of an adolescent girl, an over-achiever, a perfectionist might pop into mind. This isn't a completely inaccurate assumption either; mostly women have eating disorders. But what happens when these girls become pregnant? What happens to their babies?

We would like to read your comments on our article. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Kelly

I enjoyed this article. I grew up in the surrounding area and have never personally been down the waters of the Grand River. The article allowed me to view the GR in a positive light.

Thanks for sharing your post. Mixed nuts are a snack food consisting of any mixture of mechanically or manually combined nuts. Peanuts (actually a legume), almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, filberts, hazelnuts, and pecans are common constituents of mixed nuts. In addition to being eaten directly, mixed nuts can be used in cooking, such as for Tunisian farka,[2] tarts,[3] and toffee.

Hi! i have got great info by going through your site. Thanks!!Traditionally the words "healthy chocolate" seemed to be an oxymoron. There was then the proof that dark chocolate had an antioxidant power.

Thanks for the information on vaccines. Wow, two new combe shots?!

We recently wrote an article on vaccines at Brain Blogger. A recent vaccine was created to help prevent the HPV virus in girls. But with how little it really does and with the toxic substances that have been proven to be in vaccinations, is it worth it?

We would like to read your comments on our article. Thank you.
