I now live in Okemos, MI with my girlfriend Katie Friedemann. With Amy I will be concentrating on 4 key points: 1-Movemnt (exercise), 2-Nutrition, 3- rest and recovery, 4- Stress management and Balance.
I feel that all of those are key components, and you can’t have one without the other. As Amy improves I will progress her very fast. She will be a part of my Maximum Fat Loss Plan. I will be training her once a week, and when she is ready I will encourage her to take at least one Boot Camp a week.
