Mid-Michigan running groups

Whether it’s for motivation, nerves or the challenge, joining a running group can be a great way to get into shape. Running groups can run the gambit from a couple of friends meeting weekly for a run through the neighborhood, to organized excursions with seasoned coaches and licensed gear. Check the list below for information about a number of local running groups. Please make sure to contact each group before showing up for an event. If you have a group that would like to be listed, please use our contact us page and let us know.
