Martian Marathon/Half-Marathon/10K – Dearborn – Ford Park– Start Times Vary
Why the Martian Marathon? “Because *nothing* gives us such a full body rush as a long run including some well-earned trash talk with close friends.” Earn cash prizes this year! Each year the Martian Marathon donates a portion of proceeds to Team In Training’s Michigan Chapter.

Running for Access to Care for Everyone 5K – East Lansing – MSU Behind Akers Hall– 1:00 p.m.
A 5K run through the picturesque campus of Michigan State University, sponsored by the MSU American Medical Association chapter. All race proceeds benefit two free clinics in the Lansing area: Care Free Medical and the Ingham County Community Health Clinic (“The Friendship Clinic”), both serving the uninsured.

Delta Township Library Run for Reading 5K – Lansing – Delta Twp. Library– 9:00 a.m.
The race is open to runners, walkers, and walkers with strollers. Prizes will be awarded to the first three male and female runners and walkers in each age group. NEW this year: Donations of new or gently used athletic shoes will be accepted on behalf of Heart and Sole, a charitable project of the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dan Langdon Memorial 5K – Bath – Eagle Eye Golf Club – 2:00 p.m.
Dan passed away on his 36th birthday while running the Detroit Marathon. He was an avid runner and outdoorsman. With his passing, he left his wife, Becky, and three young children behind. We ask that you please help this family in a time of need. Please come out and help support the memories of Dan at the 1st annual Dan Langdon Memorial Run.
