Race Guide Update
Start your week off strong with Healthy & Fit Magazine’s local race update. Races include 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons, marathons, cycling races, triathlons and dualthlons. Run United 5K by Capital United Way – Okemos – Delta Dental Complex – 10:00 A.M.
Proceeds from the Run United 5K will go to CAUW’s Unmet Emergency Needs Fund. This Fund is designed as a last resort to meet emergency needs for residents of Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton County. The fund will not duplicate current programs or services already being provided in our community.
