Capital Bancorp 5K for JA

I ran my second race of the season. This time at the Capital Bancorp 5K for JA in downtown Lansing. Great race. I bet there were 600 people there.

I managed to finish the race in a little better time than my Mason State Bank 5K outing. I posted a 26:25 today. That's me in the pic. Thanks, Dan Carey at Photorunner. Cool eh? The best part of the race, though, was watching Bob Fish, of Beaners, and John Madden, of Contemporary Audio, try to psyche each other out. All three of us are board members for JA and they bet each other who would win. (Bob beat John)
